AIMSOO Terms and Conditions in Plain English

(The full Terms apply and take precedence)

  • Always free to join - you do not commit to ever paying. If we add new services in the future, you can choose whether or not to pay for them at that time.
  • For businesses only - companies, sole traders, and anyone acting in a commercial capacity.
  • Your data, your responsibility - keep it accurate and lawful. Do not try to game the system or act in bad faith. We reserve the right to moderate or remove abusive behavior or content.
  • We store, use, and share your data - that is the point of the service: to make your business visible online across AI models, search tools, and platforms.
  • No guarantees - the Platform is provided "as is." We cannot control what AI models or other third parties show their end users, but we aim to give you the best possible chance of being found.
  • We follow the law - including GDPR, PDPA, and any other applicable data protection laws.

Effective Date: The date you first create an account on AIMSOO or otherwise first use the Platform.

Entity: MULTIPOLE AI PTE. LTD., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore ("Multipole," "we," "our," "us")

Service: AIMSOO Platform ("Platform")

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform. The Platform is operated by MULTIPOLE AI PTE. LTD. By creating an account, submitting data, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("you," "your," "Company," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions

For clarity in these Terms:

  • Parties: "You" and "your" refer to you, as a User of the Platform. A "User" is someone who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not through an account. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Multipole.
  • Submitted Data: Any data, content, or information you provide to the Platform, including but not limited to business details, names, addresses, hours, services, logos, descriptions, offers, and contact details.
  • Business Data: Data relating to businesses, including listings and company information, whether provided by you or sourced from third parties.
  • Personal Data: Information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under applicable law.
  • Platform Content: All content available on the Platform, including software, databases, design, branding, and data compilations.
  • Third-Party Content: Content or services made available through the Platform but provided by third parties.

Eligibility

  • You must be a business, organization, or individual acting in a commercial capacity (including sole traders, partnerships, and other business forms) to use the Platform.
  • By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide information about the business and to bind that business (or yourself, if you operate as a sole trader) to these Terms.

Services Provided

  • The Platform enables businesses to submit, manage, and distribute their business information for visibility across AI systems, search tools, and third-party platforms.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
  • Some features may be free; others may be offered under paid tiers.

Data Submission & License

i. Grant of License:

By submitting Submitted Data, you grant MULTIPOLE AI PTE. LTD. an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable and sublicensable license to:

  • store, process, modify, adapt, analyze, and create derivative works;
  • use the Submitted Data for any purpose, including internal use, commercial exploitation, advertising, training of algorithms and AI models, analytics, and product development;
  • share, publish, distribute, rent, sell, license, or otherwise disclose the Submitted Data to any third party for any reason, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
ii. Retention of Data:
  • You acknowledge and agree that Submitted Data may be stored, used, and retained by us indefinitely, even if your account is closed or terminated.
  • Once Submitted Data is shared with third parties, we cannot guarantee its deletion or modification.
iii. Personal Data Within Business Data:
  • Some Submitted Data may include Personal Data (e.g. an individual's name, phone number, or email used as a business contact). By submitting such information, you confirm you are authorized to do so and consent to our processing, retention, and disclosure of it as part of the license described above.
  • MULTIPOLE AI PTE. LTD. will comply with applicable data protection laws (including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA") and, where applicable, GDPR or other applicable legislation). Where such laws require deletion of Personal Data upon request, we will comply to the extent legally required, but this specifically does not apply to non-personal Business Data.

Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Submitted Data is accurate, lawful, and up to date.
  • You must ensure your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent data;
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content;
  • Engage in spamming, scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the Platform;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's systems;
  • Create multiple accounts for abusive or deceptive purposes;
  • Misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate others;
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.

Moderation Rights

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to:

  • Screen, edit, remove, or refuse any Submitted Data at our sole discretion;
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws at our sole discretion;
  • Take any other action we deem necessary to protect the Platform or our interests.

Intellectual Property

  • All rights in the Platform and Platform Content remain the exclusive property of MULTIPOLE AI PTE. LTD.
  • You retain ownership of Submitted Data but grant us the license described in Section 5.

Feedback & Suggestions

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and exploit that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

Fees & Payments

  • The Platform's base services are currently provided free of charge.
  • MULTIPOLE AI PTE. LTD. reserves the right to introduce paid tiers or to begin charging for the currently free base service. If charges are introduced, we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice. You will never be obligated to enter into a paid version of the service without your express acceptance.
  • Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new fee structure.
  • Fees, when applicable, are payable upfront, non-refundable, and exclusive of taxes.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your access.

Third-Party Content & Services

  • The Platform may include links to or integrations with Third-Party Content and services.
  • MULTIPOLE AI PTE. LTD. does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Content.
  • You use such content and services at your own risk.

Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We make no guarantees regarding visibility, traffic, leads, or commercial outcomes.
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, MULTIPOLE AI PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
  • Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed SGD $150 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MULTIPOLE AI PTE. LTD., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your Submitted Data;
  • Your use or misuse of the Platform;
  • Your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
  • You may close your account at any time.
  • Termination does not affect our rights to continue using Submitted Data under Section 5.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will take effect upon posting.
  • If you have an active account, we may notify you of material updates by email or within the Platform.
  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), with the seat of arbitration in Singapore. The language of arbitration shall be English.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree not to participate in class or collective actions against us.

Survival

Sections 5 (Data Submission & License), 7 (Prohibited Activities), 8 (Moderation Rights), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Feedback), 11 (Fees & Payments), 12 (Third-Party Content), 13 (Disclaimers), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnification), 18 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution), and 19 (Survival) survive termination.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
