  • We use your data to make you visible - across AI models, search engines, directories, and other online platforms. That is the point of the service.
  • We may share your data - including with AI platforms, resellers, advertisers, data buyers, or other partners, to help surface your business. Once it is shared, we cannot guarantee deletion everywhere.
  • We keep business data indefinitely - even if you close your account, because visibility and distribution depend on continuity. Personal data can be deleted if a law requires it (e.g. GDPR, PDPA).
  • We follow all laws - including GDPR, PDPA, and any other data protection rules that apply.

Data Retention

We may retain information including but not limited to Business Data, Personal Data, and Usage Data:

  • Business Data: Retained indefinitely, even after account closure, and may continue to be used in our services and partnerships.
  • Personal Data: Retained as long as reasonably necessary. If required by applicable law (e.g. GDPR, PDPA), we will delete personal data on request, but this does not apply to non-personal Business Data.
  • Once shared with third parties, we cannot guarantee deletion everywhere.

International Transfers

Your data may be transferred, stored, or processed outside Singapore, including jurisdictions that may not offer the same level of data protection. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.
