I joined AIMSOO because it sits at the intersection of three things I care deeply about: building meaningful infrastructure, designing systems that don’t quietly exclude people who lack scale and doing that work with people I trust.Martin and I first worked together during the early AdX days at Google, launching platforms across AUNZ/APAC. Reconnecting now, with Jin Pei Ng as a co-founder, feels like a true full-circle moment. It’s the same curiosity and the same care for how systems behave in the wild but focused on a problem that has become impossible to ignore.Over the past several years, working with venture-backed teams and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) alike, one pattern kept showing up. Small businesses don’t struggle because they lack ambition. They get left out because the digital economy increasingly assumes visibility is a given. It isn’t.As we think about growth and partnerships, the question that keeps coming up for me is simple: who does the system actually work for and who does it leave behind?If the front door of the economy is shifting toward AI-driven discovery, we have to ensure the plumbing and incentives work for everyone, not just the giants.
