Google's AI Search has Google Business Profile. What does every other AI search engine have?

According to recent analysis from PROFOUND Google.com is now the second most-cited domain in AI Mode, behind only Wikipedia. It is extra pronounced in categories such as business information where Google relies on their own business listings.

That makes sense.

If Google already has structured information about your business through Business Profiles, Merchant Center, Maps and other products, why would its AI rely on random webpages instead? Especially as zeroclick increasingly defunds websites relying on organic traffic.

The direction is obvious. AI search is increasingly powered by trusted data

sources, not just websites. On partnerships and integration into verified sources.

Google spent decades building out their own verified source of business information. If a business is well represented there, they have a good chance of showing up on Google properties.

But what about every other AI?

ChatGPT.Claude.Perplexity.Grok.Copilot.And the growing ecosystem of AI agents?

There is no Google Business Profile for the rest of the AI world. And non-Google search is already 30%+ of total search.

That's the gap I believe the market still needs to solve: a simple place where businesses can publish their information once and have it propagated across the non-Google AI ecosystem.
