SINGAPORE, October 26, 2026 – Today, we are proud to share that AIMSOO’s technology and associated intellectual property have been acquired by an undisclosed buyer. Financial terms were not disclosed.

AIMSOO began with a simple belief: small businesses should have greater control over how they are represented, discovered and ultimately able to transact in an AI-driven economy. They should not have to become AI experts or have the resources of a large company to participate in that future.

We developed and commercialized a platform that helped business owners create structured, owner-verified profiles and better understand their visibility across AI-powered discovery channels. This work formed the early foundations of our broader vision for agentic commerce, where AI could help people discover businesses and, over time, transact with them.

Building toward that ambition required small businesses willing to take a chance on a new idea. Just as small businesses so often take chances on one another and on the communities they serve, our customers took a chance on us. Their trust, feedback and participation shaped AIMSOO and deepened our understanding of what business owners need as discovery moves beyond traditional search.

We are genuinely grateful.

The acquisition gives the technology we built an opportunity to continue evolving and find new possibilities in its next chapter. The transaction covers AIMSOO’s technology and associated intellectual property. It does not include Multipole AI Pte. Ltd., the AIMSOO business, customer relationships, customer accounts or customer data.

While the technology moves forward, the existing AIMSOO service will not continue in its current form. The platform will officially close on Wednesday, December 23, 2026. We have contacted customers directly and will support them throughout the remaining service period.

Customer and account data were not included in the transaction. They will not be transferred to the buyer or used for any new commercial purpose and will continue to be handled in accordance with AIMSOO’s privacy commitments and applicable law.

AIMSOO was built by three co-founders who brought complementary experience and responsibilities to the journey:

- Martin Bertilsson, CEO, led company strategy, product direction and business development.

- Jin Pei “JP” Ng, CTO, architected and built AIMSOO’s technology platform and led engineering and technical delivery.

- Paul D. Huynh, CRO, led customer discovery, commercial strategy, positioning and partnerships across multiple markets and helped lead buyer engagement and the sale process.
